The human body is composed of over 75% water and every part is enhanced by water. While some will appreciate the relaxation and purifying affect of the steam room, others will enjoy a refreshing dip in our pool.

Reach your fitness goals!

The personal trainers at PRO Fitness Club are highly trained and motivated individuals. They are certified trainers who are available in one on one session to address your specific needs. The personal trainers will help you identify your goals.

Motivation

Water cleanses, soothes, refreshes, and rejuvenates. Our water combines the therapeutic benefits of rehabilitation, exercise, muscular toning, and cardiovascular toning.

Cardiovascular strengthening

Sustaining such movements in water gives your cardiovascular and respiratory systems a workout while toning and strengthening your muscles.

For your safety

  • Shower before entering the pool and rooms.
  • Keep your body temperature down to prevent overheating.
  • Do not wear shoes. Wear rubber sole shoes to prevent falls.
  • Please follow all rules posted for each room.

The pool temperature is kept between 86-88掳F for your comfort.

Sauna Room

Taking a sauna will help cleanse toxins from your body.

Steam Room

Steam increases cardiovascular activity as it encourages movement in the circulation of body energy. It also allows for deep cleansing and acts as a purifier to body and mind.

Whirlpool

Relax away the stress!

Eucalyptus Aroma Therapy Room

This warm room is soothing to your muscles and assists in keeping your air passages open for better breathing. Those with sinus discomfort, congestion, laryngitis, and asthma, will greatly appreciate this room.

Aquatic Group Fitness Class

This is a great alternative to aerobic and cardiovascular training. Water provides resistance, with impact to the joints. Try for yourself.
